Where do I begin? AnnaMarie was AMAZING!! My husband and I hired her to be our day of wedding coordinator. Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She really takes the time to personally understand her clients vision. She even went out of her way to help me find a vendor to add string lights to our venue (which was an absolute must have item for me). She took my decorations and made them look even better than I could have imagined. She was super organized and I never worried about a single thing the whole day or night. I highly recommend her! I can't express enough gratitude towards AnnaMarie & her team for all they did on our special day.

"Going above and beyond" is how I would describe AnnaMarie Rubio and her staff at AR Weddings N Events. After every in-person meeting and weekly emails, I felt one word: reassured. As a bride, one wants everything to run smoothly and perfectly, and AnnaMarie and Rebecca Lew ensured that that was the case. I had my wedding almost one month ago, and AR Weddings was hired to be my day-of-coordinator from church to reception. At the church, Rebecca assisted photographers with calling out families of when to take pictures (and I have A LOT of family), and AnnaMarie was at the hotel reception receiving the catered food, picking up appetizers from a local Concord restaurant, and assisting with centerpieces. Once at the reception, AnnaMarie and Rebecca took charge of making sure tables were excused to the buffet line in an orderly manner, the cupcake table was untouched by early grabbers, and served us, the bride and groom, our vegetarian dinner plates. With AnnaMarie's restaurant experience and Rebecca's high energy, all my guests were comfortable and tables were cleared. Even though off the clock at 9pm, the ladies stayed until the night was over and that goes to show their amazing and dedicated work ethic. As far as pricing, AnnaMarie worked with my now-husband and me within our budget and accommodated traveling to meet with us twice before the wedding. Thank you AnnaMarie and Rebecca for creating an enjoyable night and taking care of all the details for us, the bride and groom :)

Anna is an absolute delight! Damn does she know weddings, and magically knows where everything goes and is on the wedding day. Highly recommend having Anna as your wedding coordinator, she is well acquainted and loved by all venues and vendors making it easy for her to step in and command on the day of. She has great relationships with cater staff and all venues adore her. We loved working with AnnaMarie! She made our September 2022 wedding such a great experience. I don't think we worried about a single thing all day (as it should be). AnnaMarie took care of all the little details leading up to our day, including helping us with a day of timeline and coordinating with our various vendors. She is a true professional, and that clearly shows with her calm and relaxing presence. I'd recommend her over and over again, you won't be disappointed!

We loved working with AnnaMarie! We were lucky enough to spend more time with her in the planning process because our wedding was delayed in 2020 due to the pandemic. She was very attentive to details, helped execute the wedding we envisioned, and always reassured us that we would get through all of the planning and get to just enjoy the day without any worries! Thanks to her and her staff (including 3rd party bartenders), we got to truly enjoy every moment of the day and had raving reviews from our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been too!
Anna Marie was my Wedding Coordinator for my September 2016 nuptials. I had spoken to her months prior and ended up hiring her kind of late in the wedding game, I am SO LUCKY she had my date available. Anna Marie was amazing! I needed staff and a bartender for my event and was sick of inquiring around, she was able to provide staff and they were WONDERFUL! She did a walk through at the venue with me a week prior to the event and put me right at ease, she even met me late the night before my wedding for wedding item drop off so I had more time to get some items together. The weeks prior to my wedding she was wonderful receiving info and asking questions making sure she has everything. The day of my wedding was more than I could ever ask for. Anna Marie is a perfectionist, she has an amazing attention to detail and I did not have to worry about ONE thing. The staff she had setting up with her (that I did hire though her) were JUST as sweet / warm / professional / and hard working. They would ask me a few questions to ensure that I was ok with some last min changes but after seeing them work I seriously trusted them to make the best decisions and they DID 100%! My guests were taken care of, my wedding decorations were amazing and exactly how I wanted them. Everything she touched went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about Anna Marie. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or to use her again for events. Every person at my wedding thanked me for having such a professional taking care of everything, they said that Anna Marie was a delight and she truly is.

I remember and enjoyed SO many special moments that I would not have had the opportunity to if I didn’t have you running the show. AnnaMarie was AMAZING. She was so completely helpful and perfect as our day-of coordinator. Everyone that worked with her was impressed with her efficiency, precision and professionalism. She gently guided us through the day and I was able to fully relax and feel that things were being taken care of. My husband is a fairly exacting and organized German and he was so appreciative of the AR Weddings services. Honestly, I could not recommend more. If you're planning a wedding in the bay area, this is your event planner!!!

Anna Marie was wonderful!! She reached out to me on thumbtack and has made my experience very positive and put me at ease in the planning for wait staff for my wedding. She was very responsive any time I reached out and she went above and beyond in helping me prep for the wedding. During the wedding, they took care of business and the bartenders were great. They cleaned up the kitchen nicely and wrapped up their job there. The only feedback that others gave to me to pass on is that they could have cleaned the dining area a bit more as well as brought the full trash bags to the garbage dumpster. Which was difficult to do with the expectation for them to work around the guests, so it's understandable. Other than that, they were great! I had a positive experience with them. I'm glad I hired them.

I LOVED Annamarie! She was extremely easy to work with, flexible, made us all feel comfortable, not to mention her food was DELICIOUS! She definitely didn't short us on food at all either. She came very prepared and cleaned everything and more before she left. I would definitely recommend Annamarie AND you must have her make her chocolate brownie thing! Thanks for putting up with 12 crazy girls Annamarie!

AnnaMarie did a fantastic job coordinating my wedding. I did most of the prep work, and then she made sure the day went off without a hitch! What a great experience having AnnaMarie to help the day of our daughters wedding. She coordinated the day so we could have a fantastic time. AnnaMarie gives attention to detail taking the stress away from us. We had complete confidence in her from day one when we met. She did not let us down, in fact she went above and beyond to assure our day was perfect. AnnaMarie will add her special touch to any occasion with wonderful ideas or even making a delicious bite sized polenta that was a delicious surprise for our guests. She kept us informed planning in advance always being a step ahead to take any worry out of dealing with vendors. I will use her again and have recommended her to my friends.
